We are located in Sialkot Pakistan as a privately owned internationally recognized and certified manufacturer of Equestrian Products and veterinary products.

How old is the "Kasbro intl "?

We are in the production field since 1990 but in the start we were selling our products in the local market only.  In 2011 we registered our firm Kasbro intl for supplying our products to foreign markets.

Yes, we provide samples to customers according to their requirements.

Does "Kasbro intl" make a custom product according to customer's requirement?

We have a big facility to make a custom product. We also accept customer master designs to make products and keep their designs secret.

You can send all the payment through bank or through western union as it is very secure and fast for payment.

What payment methods does "Kasbro intl" accept?

We can accept payment by T/T in company's account or Letter of credit at sight.

What delivery methods does "Kasbro intl" use?

We use various courier services for fast delivery of samples as well as of order. We use DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS or which is required by customer.

What prices does "Kasbro intl" offer?

We offer FOB, C&F, and CIF (By Air, Via DHL). However it is all up to you, which prices you want.

How can track order once it has been shipped?

After the order has been shipped, we will inform you through email along with scan copies of Air Way Bill of Lading, Invoice & Packing List as well as other detail of your order. Once your order has been completed and shipped by us, tracking information will also be available. You will also receive notification from the concern shipping agents before delivery. 

What methods of shipping does "Kasbro intl" offer?

If you want, we can ship the order through couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS because they are fast, efficient, reasonable and deliver the goods at your warehouses. However, you have to pay freight charges as per their weight & dimension packages. Moreover, we also ship the orders By Air & by Sea if any customer want. However, you would receive your order within schedule after your order has been shipped.

Yes, we accept the return and damage/broken items. But you have to inform us through email with attached pictures & complete detail within 3/4 working days after receipt of the order.
